Full-time, typically 40 hours per week (weekday focused, with occasional evenings or weekends as required)

Description:
Boulder Shack is recruiting a General Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day running of our bouldering centre. This is a senior leadership role with significant autonomy and responsibility. You will lead the centre, manage the senior leadership team, oversee financial and operational performance (including budgeting and forecasting), and ensure delivery of the annual service plan. Boulder Shack is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, commercial success matters because it allows us to reinvest in our facilities, our people, and the wider community we serve. We are looking for an experienced leader from leisure, sport, or hospitality who is values-aligned, highly professional, and comfortable being accountable for results.

Pay Range:
£40,000–£45,000 per year, plus contribution towards travel expenses
